Regardless of the size and scope of your project, the mission of Moss-Marlow Building Company remains consistent - to work collaboratively as a team during the Pre-Construction phase of your project in order to produce the highest quality product in the most effective manner possible. We can offer complete Design-Build services, in which case we partner with our pool of talented designers, architects and engineers as needed, or we can simply act as the General Contractor and team up with an Owner-selected design team.

The success of any building project is directly related to the Pre-Construction phase - which is one of the key areas where Moss-Marlow Building Company provides added value. It is during this phase that we assess and integrate the four critical components of a successful project:
During the Pre-Construction phase, Moss-Marlow Building Company will put a team of professionals to work on your project and address constructability issues and cost evaluations and analyses. Tremendous emphasis is placed on determining your needs and the functional demands of the facility.
Once the functional requirements are determined, our focus turns to your aesthetic needs. It is during this stage that we address other parameters that may affect the final appearance of the building, such as restrictive covenants in business parks, etc.
With the first two pieces in place, the project is then reviewed to ensure best utilization of technology and latest state-of-the-art products, materials, methods of placement, etc., as well as mechanical and electrical systems and devices that are intended to provide either greater longevity, enhanced appearance, comfort, or use, and possibly lower operating costs.
The final item to be addressed is the project budget and we understand that it’s extremely important to manage the cost while maximizing the value of your investment. One of our primary responsibilities is to analyze the various methods and products applicable to your project and then apply value-engineering techniques to ensure that the project is both practical and economical. It is our job to make you aware of the choices you have and then assist you with determining the best solutions to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of your project.
